- Secure your reservation with a 50% payment of the total amount. The remaining 50% is due immediately upon confirmation.
- In case of unfavorable weather or technical issues causing schedule cancellation, a 100% refund will be issued, excluding any additional claims.
- Cancel 30 days or more before the booking date to receive a 10% refund after a cancellation charge deduction.
- Cancel between the 29th and 7th days before the booking date to receive a 25% refund after a cancellation charge deduction.
- No refund will be issued if the cancellation occurs within 7 days of the trip.
