Board the houseboat by 1pm. The government regulation stops boats at 5:30pm. An early board gives you a full 4.5 hours on the water — late arrivals lose most of this.

  • Alleppey → Kochi (85 km)

Houseboat breakfast on deck. Check out 9am. Drive to Kochi. Fort Kochi walk if flight is afternoon. Return/Kochi
