Pro Tip : The Early Ascent

Leave Kochi by 7:30am. The mist clears from Echo Point and Top Station by 10am – you want to arrive before that. By 11am both are full of tour buses.

Cheeyappara Waterfalls stop en route. Arrive by 1pm. Mattupetty Dam, Indo-Swiss Dairy Farm, Echo Point, Kundala Lake.

  • Munnar → Kochi

Eravikulam National Park (book online night before — sells out by 9am). Tea Museum (₹75). Top Station. Depart by 1pm.

  • Kochi → Munnar

Scenic drive, waterfall stop, check in, Munnar town evening walk.

Eravikulam NP (6:30am). Mattupetty Dam. Echo Point before 9am. Kundala Lake. Top Station sunset. Tea Museum.
