Ensure you report to our facilitation desk on the First floor of Lakshadweep Wharf and Passenger Facilitation Center, located near the FCI Godown on Indira Gandhi Road, Willington Island, at 10:00 AM sharp.

Government employees and their family members traveling on leave can obtain LTC/LTA Certificate after traveling by email. Only transportation cost is available under LTC.

Convenient Payment Policy

Our convenient payment policy ensures ease of booking by requiring 75% of the entire expense prior to confirmation, with the remaining balance settled post-confirmation. Seat confirmation is guaranteed, subject to availability, and in the event of unconfirmed seats, a complete refund is provided.

Cancellation Policy

• A 10% cancellation charge will apply if the booking is canceled 30 days before the departure date.
• A 25% cancellation charge will apply if the booking is canceled between 29th to 7th days before the departure date.
• No refund will be issued if the booking is canceled within 7 days before the departure of the ship.

Refund Policy

We will provide a 100% refund if we cancel the schedule due to unfavorable weather conditions and/or other unexpected technical faults. No damages or claims will be payable except the money you have paid.
